Sean Sands

Position: Associate Professor of Marketing, Swinburne Business School

Sean is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Swinburne Business School and Visiting Professor at EADA Business School, Barcelona. He teaches marketing strategy and customer experience management and is Director of Swinburne Business School’s Customer Experience & Insights (CXI) Research Group. CXI is a dedicated commercial-research team who focus on assisting brands meet customer’s evolving experience expectations.

Prior to CXI, Sean ran a dedicated research consulting team at Monash Business School’s ACRS where he worked with leading brands to create alignment between retail and service expectations to deliver meaningful customers experiences.
