Retailer Awards: Who made the cut?

What does it take to create a thriving retail business today? A look at the finalists for the 2018 Retailer Awards gives us a good idea on how to become the most outstanding in the industry.

The 2018 Retailer Awards finalists are standout contenders in their respective industry categories. In terms of diversity and accomplishments, the line up of finalists this year is the strongest to date. Winning the coveted title is synonymous not only to getting the nod of approval for setting benchmarks for industry excellence–it also aligns your brand with the most influential players in the retail space.

Now on its third year, the Retailer Awards presented by Intermarketing Agency (an Advantage Smollan company) continue to recognise Australian and New Zealand retailers that are excelling across different areas of their organisation.

Each year, the Inside Retail team brings top retail experts to select the best of the best at the Retailer Awards. Headlining our panel of judges this 2018 are: Launa Inman, non-executive director at Commonwealth Bank and former Officeworks, Billabong and Target CEO; Peter Knock, former CEO of The Co-Op; Dr. Con Menictas, CEO, Analytics and Big Data Australia; Jo-Anne Hui-Miller, Editor, Inside Retail; and Jamie Allan, chief executive partner, Intermarketing Agency.

All winners and finalists will be celebrated at a Gala Dinner on 1 March 2018 at the Melbourne Pavilion.
